Payment, Support & Renewal Policy

At Global Infosofts, we maintain full transparency in our payment process to ensure smooth collaboration and trust between us and our clients. Below are the terms related to project payments, support, and renewal.

Project Payment Terms

  • 60% payment is required once the first model or initial version of the project is ready.
  • A 20% payment is due once half of the project work has been completed.
  • The remaining 20% payment must be made within 2 days after final delivery of the project.

Support Policy

  • We provide free support for 6 months from the date of project delivery.
  • Free support covers technical issues, bug fixes, and basic assistance related to the delivered project.
  • Any additional feature requests, redesigns, or upgrades will be considered new work and may be charged separately.

Renewal Policy

  • After one year, clients can renew maintenance or support services by paying 30% of the total project cost.
  • Renewal includes continued hosting assistance, updates, and technical maintenance (if applicable).

Rebuild or Redesign Policy

  • If you wish to rebuild or redesign your website or application, a 60% charge of the total new project value will apply.

General Terms

  • Payments are accepted through bank transfer, UPI, or other approved digital payment modes.
  • Delayed payments may pause the project until dues are cleared.
  • All payments made are non-refundable once work has started, unless stated otherwise in writing.
