Every resource on Knock Knock Cloud is provisioned through credits. Think of credits as your monthly infrastructure budget — simple, transparent, and easy to forecast.
Project hosting costs 10 credits per month. Databases and domains each cost 5 credits. Email and FTP accounts cost 2 credits each. SSL certificates are free.
Your plan determines how many credits refresh each billing cycle. The Student plan includes 50 credits, Professional includes 100, and Agency includes 1,000. Unused credits do not roll over; they reset when your subscription renews.
Before requesting a resource, your dashboard shows your remaining balance. If you need more capacity mid-cycle, upgrade your plan or contact support for a one-time credit top-up.
