Service description

Knock Knock Cloud provides managed PHP hosting including manual deployment review, resource provisioning, SSL, and dashboard management. Features and pricing are described on our website and may change with notice.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure
You are responsible for all activity under your account
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy

Credits and billing

Resources consume credits as described on the pricing page
Monthly credits refresh on your billing cycle and do not roll over unless stated
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

Deployments and content

You retain ownership of code and content you upload. You grant us a license to host, copy, and process your content solely to provide the service. You must not upload illegal, malicious, or infringing material.

Service limitations

Deployments are manually reviewed and subject to operational schedules. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service; see our SLA for uptime targets and remedies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knock Knock Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
