Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Knock Knock Cloud. This policy explains when refunds apply.
Subscription refunds
- 7-day money-back guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first paid subscription if no production deployment has been completed.
- Renewals: Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- Plan downgrades: Take effect at the next billing cycle; partial refunds for the current cycle are not provided.
Credit purchases
One-time credit top-ups and add-on purchases are non-refundable once credits have been applied to your account.
Service failures
If we fail to meet our published SLA due to our fault, you may be eligible for service credits as described in our Service Level Agreement, not cash refunds unless required by law.
How to request a refund
- Email us via the contact form with your account email and payment reference
- Include the reason for your request
- We respond within 5 business days
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
